Moving to a new property? We’ve got you covered! To relocate your Lightwire connection, follow these simple steps:
- Log In: Access your customer portal here - (insert link)
- Register Your Move: Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and cl ick on ‘Register Move.’
- Enter Details: Provide your new address. If you’re within our coverage area, enter your contact details and submit the form. We’ll handle everything from there!

Coverage information:
- Waikato and Bay of Plenty: If you’re moving within these areas and if it comes up with out of coverage when trying to relocate via your customer portal. Give us a call at 0800 12 13 14. We’ll explore options to assist you.
- Outside These Areas: If you’re relocating outside of our service areas, please contact us to arrange an account closure.
Important note:
Relocating with Lightwire will involve a new 12-month contract to cover the cost of installation at your new address.
