What hours are you available for support?
Our tech support team is available Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm, and Weekends from 9am - 5pm, so if something’s not working, you can get straight through to someone who knows what they’re doing. Our Commercial team is available Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm if you’re looking at new services or making changes. If you reach out outside those hours, that’s okay too. Leave it with us and we’ll pick it up as soon as we’re back.
Where is Lightwire wireless available?
We provide wireless broadband across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. With over 200 towers in the region, there’s a good chance we can connect your property. Check your address on our website, or get in touch and we’ll take a look for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
It depends on the type of connection and your location. In most cases, we’ll give you a clear timeframe once we’ve checked your address — and keep you updated along the way.
I have a few buildings on my property, can I get them all connected?
Connecting properties like this is what we do best. Send us your address details and we’ll work through the best way to get each building connected.
