If you’re moving into a property with our equipment already installed, we may be able to get you connected more quickly. However, over time, connections can degrade, especially if they’ve been inactive for a while. We want to ensure your service is as reliable as a new installation.
Here’s how we handle it:

Verify Connection:
We’ll first check the signal quality from the dish on your roof. If we have signal data from the previous occupants and all necessary equipment is still in place, we can start your setup right away. -
Missing Equipment:
If we don’t have the signal data or some equipment is missing, no worries! We might send you a router and/or a Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter. This small device, about the size of your hand, powers the radio and can be black or white. -
Signal Quality Issues:
If the signal quality isn’t up to standard or we can’t connect to the dish, we’ll dispatch a technician to get your connection running smoothly.
