Please Note:

  • Unlimited calling does not include calling cards, toll calls (059), or premium rate calls (0900).

International Calling Instructions

To make international calls from New Zealand:

  1. Dial the access code 00.
  2. Enter the country code from the list below.
  3. Input the area code (omit the leading zero if present) and the phone number you wish to call.

For example, to call Australia: Dial 00 + 61 (country code) + 7 (area code) + 12345678 (phone number).

  • Landline/Mobile Rates (per min, incl. GST):
    • $0.150–$1.737: Varying by country.
    • Example Rates: South Africa ($0.207), Algeria/Angola ($0.541), Egypt ($0.265), Sudan ($0.265), Zimbabwe ($0.207), São Tomé and Príncipe ($1.737).

Asia

  • Landline/Mobile Rates (per min, incl. GST):
    • $0.035–$3.922: Varying by country.
    • Example Rates: China/Bangladesh ($0.046), India ($0.345), Japan ($0.069), North Korea ($3.922), Pakistan ($0.150).

Europe

  • Landline Rates (per min, incl. GST):
    • $0.046–$1.173
  • Mobile Rates (per min, incl. GST):
    • $0.046–$1.173.

North America, Central America & the Caribbean
