Stay in control of your calls.
Call forwarding lets you control where your calls go when you can’t answer.
You can send calls to another mobile or landline, depending on what works best for you.
Everything can be set up directly from your phone.
What you can do
- Forward calls to another number, including landlines
- Redirect calls if you don’t answer
- Send calls elsewhere when your phone is off or out of coverage
- Turn forwarding on or off anytime from your mobile
Call forwarding options
Always forward
All calls go straight to another number. Your phone won’t ring.
When busy
Calls are forwarded when you’re already on another call.
When unavailable
Calls are forwarded if your phone is off, out of coverage, or has no battery.
When not answered
Calls are forwarded if you don’t answer within around 20 seconds.

Troubleshooting
