Residential customers
Your main account holder can check data usage for all linked accounts in the Lightwire Home Portal.

Business customers
Only Mobile Managers have access to data usage information.
Please contact your Mobile Manager to obtain these details.

Don’t worry - all our endless plans come with unlimited data.
If you reach your data cap, your connection will continue to work at a reduced speed
Residential customers
Main account hodlers can add additioal data packs to any linked Mobile service in the Home Portal.

What uses your data?
General usage
Browsing the web, checking emails, and standard streaming usually don’t use much data.
High data usage
High-quality streaming, large downloads, installing apps, software updates, and backups like OneDrive or Dropbox use significantly more data.
💡 Tip: Long-running downloads or backups can use more data over time than streaming, especially if they run in the background.
