Manage your mobile plan

Simple to change. Easy to stay in control.

Everything is designed to be managed in your Lightwire Home Portal.

That means you can change plans, add data, or make updates whenever it suits you.

Switching plans

Your needs can change, and your plan can too.

You can change your plan anytime through your portal.

  • Move up if you need more data
  • Move down if you’re not using as much
  • No need to call, it’s all self-service

Here’s how to do it

  1. Log in to your Home Portal, and head to the My Mobile tab
  2. Select the mobile service you want to change
  3. On the dashboard for the selected service, select the 'Actions' button near the plan name and details, then select Change plan
  4. Select your new plan
  5. Decide if you want the plan to change immediately or aligned with your renewal date (we recommend aligning with your renewal date to avoid extra charges)
  6. Review the details and confirm the change

Top up anytime

Add extra data whenever you need it through your portal.

Set it and forget it

Turn on auto-renew so you don’t have to think about it each month.

Tip: If you’re topping up often, it might be worth moving to a higher plan.

Here’s how to do it

  1. Log in to your Home Portal, and head to the My Mobile tab
  2. Select the mobile service you want to add data to
  3. On the dashboard for the selected service, select the 'Purchase Addon' button near the plan name and details
  4. Select the addon that suits you
  5. Choose whether you want a one-off add-n or auto-renew addon
  6. Review the details and confirm

Cancelling your plan

No pressure. You’re in control.

You can cancel your mobile plan through your portal.

  • No complicated process
  • No back-and-forth
  • Just simple and straightforward

Here’s how to do it

  1. Log in to your Home Portal, and head to the My Mobile tab
  2. Select the mobile service you want to cancel
  3. On the dashboard for the selected service, select the 'Actions' button near the plan name and details, then select Cancel Plan
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
