Can An Account Be Transferred to Another Person?
Account transfers to another person are not possible. If someone new will take over the service, they must create their own account. To ensure a smooth transition, call us with both parties present. We’ll assist with setting up the new account and updating the router details to avoid service interruptions.
How Do I Close My Account?
To close your account, contact us as soon as possible. We finalise accounts at the end of each month. For instance, to close your account by the end of September, reach out by September 30th. This allows us to process your request and schedule the closure for October 1st, ensuring a smooth transition and avoiding extra charges. If you are currently on a contract term our team will be able to advise you of any early termination fees.
If any of your details have changed, such as your marital status or email address, please inform us as soon as possible. This will allow us to update your account information promptly and ensure you continue to receive important communications without interruption.
Deceased Estates
If the account holder has passed away, please reach out to us via email to let us know. We will work with you to finalise the account or assist with any necessary arrangements. Our team is here to provide support during this difficult time and ensure that everything is handled with care and respect.
