Head to lightwire.co.nz and click on "Customer Portal" at the top. (or just click on Customer Portal on the top right of this page) and log in with your email address & password.

Manage Your Account with Ease
View and Pay Your Bill:
- Open your portal and head to the front page.
- Find the "Amount Due" section (check out the screenshot below).
- Choose your payment amount and click "Pay" to get redirected to our secure payment processor.
Set Up Automatic Payments:
Don’t want to remember due dates? Set up automatic payments right from your portal! Opt for Direct Debit or recurring Credit Card payments. Just a heads-up—credit card payments include a 2% convenience fee.
Check Your Data Usage:
Stay on top of your data with ease! Click the "Data Usage" tab at the top to see your usage stats. You can adjust the dates to view specific days or the entire month.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:
Need a plan change?
While you’re in the "Data Usage" tab, just click “Change Plan” to pick the perfect plan for you!
