How do I organise a pre-wire service?

Planning to build a new home? Our pre-wire service gets you ready for smooth internet and telecom setup from the get-go. We’ll run the cables and figure out the best spots for your equipment before the final installation, so everything’s all set for a hassle-free connection later on.

Our Pre-Wire service ensures a smooth and efficient setup with two essential visits:

First Visit: Site Assessment and Cable Installation

• Line of Sight Check: Our technician will evaluate the best spot for your dish by assessing the line of sight to the tower.
• Cable Routing: We’ll plan the route for the cable, choosing the best path to connect from the dish to your router location, whether that’s a comms cupboard, office, or another spot.
• Timing: Ideally, this visit coincides with your electrician's work or before insulation and drywall installation to streamline the process.

Second Visit: Final Setup and Testing

• Installation: On your move-in date or when you’re ready, we’ll return to mount the equipment and set up the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Final Connections: We’ll connect and test everything to ensure your system is working perfectly.
