Background

Each month approximately 25% of our new customers come to us after being referred by a friend or neighbour. We love that our customer are advocating for us, but we wanted to make it win/win, so we launched our refer a friend program.

How does it work?

Every Lightwire customer now has a unique Refer A Friend code. You can find your code inside your customer portal. Just log in and you'll see your unique code at the top page like the picture below.

All you need to do is share the code with your friends and/or family. When they go through the online sign-up form they will see a promo code field on the checkout page. 

As long as they enter your code here, you will both receive a month’s internet free once the referee is successfully connected. The credit will be applied to your next invoice and to their first invoice.
