How come I didn't receive a data usage email?

To ensure you are aware of how much data you have left, we send an email notification once you have used 80% of your data and again for each 1GB that you go over. If you haven't received any emails and can see that you have gone over your data allowance on your online account, please check your spam/junk folder. 
 
If still nothing, give us a call on 0800 12 13 14 to confirm we have your correct email on file
