What’s involved with an install?

During your sign up you will be advised of our current wait times.  Don’t worry if you forget!  An email is sent confirming the details of the sign up including the wait time. 
Once your sign up is processed, our local technician in your area will contact you to arrange a suitable time to come out and install your Lightwire connection. 
When the tech is onsite, he will check the below 
* Must be within 20 KM of the tower 
Property has a clear line of site to the tower – no trees/hills etc. 
* Identify the best place for the CPE (dish on roof) to go to give you the best connection 
If we are unable to get you connected the tech will let you know the reason why and if there is an alternative option for a Coverage Extension.
