How come I didn't receive a data usage email ?.

To ensure you are aware of how much data you have left, we send an email notification once you have used 80% of your data. If you haven't received any emails, please check your spam/junk folder to ensure that it's not a spam issue.

To avoid overage charges you can upgrade your plan through your online account here, or call our friendly team on 0800 12 13 14.
