I'm a Waikato Uni student and my account says I'm ineligible for my monthly quota. What can I do?

The monthly quota is automatically determined by the enrollment office at the University of Waikato and is offered only to those students actively enrolled in a University of Waikato course. If you meet this criteria and are not receiving your quota you will need to contact the enrollment office to sort through any possible issues.
