How do I change plan?

The easiest way to update your plan is to log into your account here. Log in and click the Change Plan button. 

You can request a plan change by sending an email to or calling us on 0800 12 13 14. You can also contact us through these channels if you can't access our Account Portal.

If you want to downgrade your plan to a smaller data allowance, this downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next month.
