I'm moving house later this month, what can I do?

Our terms and conditions require 1 months notice if you are leaving. We know this isn't always possible, so the more notice you can give us, the easier it will be. If you can let us know before months' end, that should give us enough time.

If you would like to get connected at the new property, give our team a call on 0800 12 13 14 to check the coverage for the new property. The more time you give us, the easier we can schedule a technician to come out and perform the installation.
