It may be a requirement to gain a Letter of Confirmation from an Internet Service Provider in order to prove that telecommunication services are available, in order to meet council requirements for a new subdivision. Lightwire is able to provide a service to meet these needs.
Please contact our helpdesk team on 0800 12 13 14 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide a copy of the subdivision plan so that we can check all lots required with maximum precision. We'll need to confirm which lots you need to have checked on the visit, as a return visit will incur an additional fee. We'll also need the landowner's contact details to notify of a pending visit.
Once on site our technician will deploy our equipment at each lot and qualify the connection according to our standards. If a lot fails to meet our requirements we will also identify whether we have any other solutions to provide service.
A fee of $500 incl GST applies for this service. This includes the cost of technician time. We will be able to check all lots at a site in a single visit. Please note that this fee applies for our visit regardless of whether coverage exists to the site, however we will endeavour to do all possible checks prior to visiting to ensure the highest likelihood of success. We can only provide written confirmation of services using Lightwire's core network.
